A four-color self-adhesive label printing machine in our factory, after using it for a few months, has an inaccurate overprinting failure, and the stroke irregularly jumps up and down by 0.5~0.2mm.

Rewinding the coil still doesn't solve the problem.

Then consider whether there is a gap in which transmission part of the machine. Disassembled the transmission gear box that drives the stroke adjustment, and found that the circlip design of the bicycle flywheel was used inside. Because the gear box needs to be filled with oil twice a day, the oil is a little more in some places on the gears, and a little less in some places, which causes the stroke to jump. The analysis found that it was caused by the use of inferior oil, and the oil with a label and good fluidity was used, and the problem was completely solved, and there was no overprinting inaccuracy.
