Prevention of ink layer burst line
1. Design scrub patterns correctly
Design, frosted pattern should be as far as possible to avoid the box molding, to distance indentation, die cutting position at least 2 ~ 3mm, to avoid die cutting damage frosted ink, in order to highlight the three-dimensional sense.
2. Select appropriate frosted ink, reasonably control ink layer thickness and UV curing temperature according to the drying mode.
First of all, we should ensure that the mesh size and particle size adapt to each other. General coarse sand with 150-200 mesh, sand with 200-250 mesh, fine sand with 300-400 mesh screen. Secondly, in the printing process according to the ink particle size of the correct choice of ink viscosity, coarse sand is generally controlled in 2000±100CPS, sand control in 3000±100CPS, fine sand control in 3500 soil 100CPS, as little as possible add ink additives, choose the right UV lamp. UV tube power is recommended in about 10kW, UV curing equipment must be equipped with cooling device, generally using large diameter exhaust duct and installed on the tube water cooling device, so as to avoid paper jam through the light solid device produced thermal deformation and paper brittle phenomenon.
3. Reasonable design and arrangement of die cutting process
The perfect shape of the carton comes from the correct die-cut indentation. The nature of gold (silver) card paper and frosted ink determines the complexity of die cutting indentation process.
4. Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity
The gold (silver) card paper needs to be humidified before printing to make its water content stable. Semi-finished products storage period and die cutting processing period should pay attention to keep the workshop temperature, humidity constant, ensure that the paper has a suitable water content. The worse the quality of the base paper, the more dry the cardboard, the higher the probability of printed matter burst line. In case of abnormal weather changes, should timely adjust the die cutting processing time and die cutting version of the production, avoid the paper, ink film is brittle under the condition of die cutting.
