1. Blocking plate (blocking net)
Cause:
① ink drying too fast;

The solution:
(1) Replace the slow dry solvent;
② Improve the printing speed;
③ reduce ink viscosity;
(4) Quickly clean the plate roller after each printing;

2. Corrosion (removal of chromium)
Cause:
(1) The surface of the plate roller is not clean;
(2) printing plate by friction or extrusion;
The solution:
① After each printing, clean the surface of the plate roller with solvent in time;
Use a clean soft cloth to dry the layout, do not leave fingerprints;
③ Dip a brush into a clean, low volatile light oil, and evenly coat the surface of the roller. Pay attention to the use of waste oil. Use special rust oil effect is better;
(4) With film (such as waste printing film, be sure to use the ink face outward) coated with the version roller well, then wrapped on corrugated paper, vertical or shelf up in a ventilated, dry and prevent direct sun storage; ⑤ The warehouse had better not be arranged on the first floor, and should be away from acid, alkali and other items.
3. Wire drawing (knife wire)
Cause:
① The quality of the ink scraper is not good or there are notches;
(2) Thick ink particles or high viscosity;
③ The Angle or pressure of the scraper is not appropriate;
(4) the chrome surface of the roller is rough or poorly polished;
⑤ version roller slightly, ellipticity is too large or dynamic balance is not good.
Solution:
(1) Check whether the ink scraper is notched and grind or replace it with sandpaper;
(2) Filter ink, reduce ink particles;
③ Polish the surface of the plate roller with sandpaper;
(4) Check the slight degree, ellipticity and dynamic balance of the plate roller;
⑤ Re-polishing or re-chrome plating.
4, mesh (moire)
Cause:
The ink viscosity is not appropriate.
The solution:
When a field version and another screen version of the printing screen, it is generally the field version of the ink is too thin, the ink layer is not thick enough.
5. Water pattern
Cause:
Printing ink does not flow well.
The solution:
① improve ink viscosity;
② Improve the printing speed;
③ Correct the printing tension.
6, with the mesh color bias
Cause:
Two color or multi-color plate network cable and net Angle are exactly the same, when printing, some dots are completely overlapping, some dots are staggered, resulting in visual color inconsistency. Easy to produce the same mesh color bias hue: gray, purple, coffee, two mesh into similar spot color superposition.
The solution:
Improve the overprint accuracy.
7. Exit point (medium water pattern)
Cause:
Due to the fluidity of the ink itself, 65-80 network printing, part of the dot is connected together, the other part of the dot is not connected together, resulting in uneven printing. Out of the more serious hue: deep purple, brown, dark green, deep red, etc.
The solution:
① for better ink;
(2) Adjust ink viscosity;
③ Adjust the Angle or pressure of the scraper;
(4) Improve the printing speed.
