　　 (1) When the color printing paper is thin and curled, the speed of the machine should not be too fast.

　　 When loading facial paper and corrugated cardboard, their left and right positions should be aligned to avoid misalignment due to paper ejection positioning and inaccurate lateral mounting. If the strokes of the upper and lower chains of the machine are not adjusted, the front and rear positions are deviated; the paper stopper of the stacking table is not close to the edge of the paper, causing the stack of paper to move left and right, and the curled cardboard is not softened when loading paper. Pinghe did not collect the cardboard neatly, etc., which will also cause errors in the mounting position of the tissue paper and corrugated cardboard.

　　 (2) Improper adjustment or maintenance of the paper feeding and positioning mechanism of the machine can also easily cause errors in the mounting of facial paper and corrugated cardboard.

　　A. There is a loose phenomenon in the paper feeding chain mechanism, which makes the upper/lower chain work inconsistent or unstable;

　　B. The front rule on the upper/lower chain is loose, causing the paper edge to hit the paper when feeding;

　　C. The contact position of the platen steel strip on the surface of the paper is not suitable or the gap is too large, which does not play a role in slowing down the inertial force of the cardboard during high-speed movement;

　　D. The upper/lower rollers are not cleaned frequently and a certain amount of glue accumulates, which prevents the synchronous rolling and conveying of facial paper or corrugated cardboard.

　　 (3) The board mounting error caused by the unsuitable gap between the upper and lower rollers of the machine and the poor paper feeding

　　 When the gap between the upper and lower rollers is not suitable, the corrugated cardboard after the pasting passes through the upper and lower rollers, causing displacement between the face paper and the corrugated paper.

　　 If the surface paper is not conveyed normally and there is an empty sheet or skewed phenomenon, it is easy to cause blistering, degumming (caused by the uneven length of the cardboard on the conveyor belt, caused by uneven paper pressing) and inaccurate mounting quality.
