1. Communication stage

①What kind of packing box is needed? Cosmetics, medicines, health products, or gifts, what kind of box type? What material is used? What kind of effect is needed?

②How much is the printing quantity? How long is the lead time? How much is the price?

③Information and communication plan of both parties.

④For the selected companies that meet the requirements, we can learn about the strength of the company through websites, phone calls, WeChat, and related materials, whether they have the corresponding qualifications and stable production capacity, and finally screen out the manufacturers that meet the requirements.

2. Sign the contract

Confirm the product style, material, size, design, production cycle, etc., and sign a cooperation agreement.

①Product confirmation

1. Material

Commonly used packaging box materials are: white cardboard, silver cardboard, gray board, coated paper, corrugated paper, etc.

2. Box type

Positive and negative buckle (same direction buckle), self-locking bottom, sticky side of inserting bottom, heaven and earth cover box, special-shaped box, etc.

3. Printing process

Backward light, bumping, bronzing, silver bronzing, laminating, etc., specific process manufacturers can provide advice and guidance!

②Printing, design price, process requirements

Determine the final price according to the requirements of material, quantity, printing, design, etc.

③ Production cycle

Confirm the design cycle (typically 1-3 days) and delivery cycle (typically 7-15 days).

④Packing box design

Provide reference sample boxes, graphic materials, process requirements, etc. to manufacturers, make documents, and communicate relevant details.

⑤Packing box proofing

After the sample is made, the manufacturer confirms that the sample meets its own requirements. If it does not, it will propose corresponding amendments to determine the final plan.

3. Confirm the order.

After confirming that the sample (packing box) is correct, place an order and start custom production of the packing box.
