Gravure oil circuit plays an important role, and its troubleshooting has practical value. The ideal working condition of the oil circuit is that the oil supply is sufficient and stable, and the parts that need to be lubricated are in normal working condition. The following analysis of the general method of oil circuit troubleshooting.

 

1, the oil distribution valve is not working well

(1) Remove the internal blockage of the oil distribution valve and clean it again;

 

(2) The oil quantity adjustment at each oil part of the oil distribution valve is not appropriate for weight adjustment oil quantity control screws;

 

(3) The oil leakage at both ends of the oil distribution valve is reinstalled.

 

2. Oil leakage in the oil tank

Its troubleshooting is the same as the supply tank

 

3, the return pipe II is not smooth

(1) The return pipe II is blocked and cleaned again;

 

(2) The return pipe II position is too high to reinstall

 

4. Warm the oil tank

(1) The fuel tank is not well sealed and resealed;

 

(2) The oil level is too high, do not refuel when the machine is running, and remove the excess oil.

 

5, the front filter without oil

(1) The filter is plugged and re-loaded after cleaning;

 

(2) The filter is not placed in the tank Take measures to ensure that the filter is always located below the oil level.

 

6, the oil system is not refueling

(1) The gap in the tooth item of the oil pump is too large to remove and reinstall or replace the relevant parts;

 

(2) the gap between the two ends of the oil pump is too large to remove and reinstall or replace the relevant parts;

 

(3) The pump internal gear does not rotate the key between the gear and the shaft is not installed;

 

(4) Oil leakage at the tubing joints at both ends of the oil pump is re-installed.

 

7, the oil eye is blocked by oil

(1) Oil eye blockage clean oil eye;

 

(2) Reinstall the oil leak at the oil eye and tubing joints.

 

8, the return pipe Ⅰ is not smooth

(1) If the oil return eye is not opened, reopen the oil return eye;

 

(2) The oil return eye is blocked. Clean the oil return eye.

 

9. The oil supply pipe II is blocked

(1) The oil supply pipe II does not adjust its position relative to the position of the oil hole to make it correctly match;

 

(2) Other faults of the supply pipeline II are the same as those of the supply pipeline Ⅰ.

 

10, after the filter without oil

(1) There is dirt on the filter surface after cleaning and re-loading;

 

(2) The oil circuit inside the filter is not smooth. Remove and reinstall.

 

11, the oil supply pipeline Ⅰ through the oil

 

(1) oil supply pipe I inner tower plug to replace the oil supply pipe;

 

(2) The oil supply pipe Ⅰ hard break to replace the oil supply pipe;

 

(3) Oil leakage at the joint is reinstalled.
