The process of 3D printing is very complex, and the key points of process control mainly include the following four aspects.
1. Application of grating technology
The application of grating technology can not only eliminate Moire fringe, make the picture smooth and clear, but also improve the clarity, color saturation and three-dimensional sense of the image.
In terms of sharpness, without grating processing, the picture around the focus is clear, the displacement difference between the foreground and the last scene is large, and the whole picture is fuzzy. In order to improve the picture sharpness, we have to improve the printing accuracy, but after the printing accuracy is improved, the sharpness is not obvious. After grating processing, no matter the most foreground or the last scene, every part of the picture is very clear, and there is no need to increase the printing accuracy.
In terms of color saturation, without grating treatment, the color of the picture is dim and blurred, like separated by a layer of white fog. Even if special color management software is used, the color saturation is still poor. After grating processing, the color saturation has been improved qualitatively under the condition that the material is unchanged, and the picture is colorful and very bright, giving people a fresh and lively feeling.
In the performance of stereoscopic sensation, without grating treatment, stereoscopic sensation and clarity can not be achieved simultaneously, and the improvement of stereoscopic sensation must be at the cost of reducing clarity. After the grating processing, it can not only ensure the three-dimensional sense of the picture, but also meet the definition of the picture.
The following points should be paid special attention to in the production of three-dimensional printing grating.
(1) Number of grating lines. The number of raster lines used for stereo printing is usually higher than 75lpi. For example, the 75lpi grating produced by GOEX company is an animation grating, which can produce clear and stable multi-picture change effect, and can be used for ordinary three-dimensional effect. The number of grating lines is 90lpi grating is a three-dimensional grating, which can make the print produce strong depth; The grating with 159lpi line number is very dense, and the concave and convex feeling is almost not felt. It is suitable for anti-counterfeit packaging.
(2) Grating thickness. Generally, the lower the resolution, the thicker the grating, and the thicker the grating is suitable for larger three-dimensional posters. Thin grating printing is difficult, suitable for smaller format products.
(3) Grid direction. In general, the grating is horizontal, suitable for changing the image effect; The grating is vertical, suitable for stereoscopic effects. In pre-press processing, the direction of the composition should be determined according to the direction of the grating material in order to save costs.
(4) Grating size. In general, the larger the grating, the easier it is to deform. The common commercial printing grating size is 710mm×510mm. It should be noted that the grating material is not suitable for cutting before printing.
(5) Control of printing environment. Improper temperature and humidity will cause deformation of the grating. When using the grating, it should be placed in the printing workshop one day in advance, and the outer package should be opened. Do not put heavy objects on the package to avoid deformation.
2. Image scanning quality
Image scanning quality is directly related to printing quality. In the process of image scanning, we should first analyze the characteristics of the original manuscript according to its characteristics, and restore the information of the pitch level, relative contrast and saturation of the original manuscript as far as possible. Only in this way can the scanning equipment convert the information on the picture into a complete digital signal. Then the digital signal is processed by image processing software.
3. Net adding technology
Three - dimensional printing, like ordinary color printing, is also through the net to complete the reproduction of the original manuscript. 4. Field density
