The printing press can operate normally after the holiday to avoid or reduce the occurrence of failures. Please operate the work according to the following requirements before the shutdown and after the holiday and after the holiday:

First, the work that should be done before the Spring Festival holiday:

1. Check Glossy Cosmetic Boxes

2. First wash off the ink on the water roller and ink roller, and then remove all the ink rollers on the unit to avoid damage caused by long-term extrusion and deformation of the rubber roller. And check the bearings at both ends, maintain the rubber roller with accumulation paste, maintain the copper roller with copper wiping water, and wipe the printing plate protective glue on the water tandem roller and the water bucket roller. Please follow the previous operating instructions for specific usage.

3. After the ink fountain, ink fountain key and ink fountain roller are cleaned, apply a layer of lubricating oil for maintenance to prevent rust.

4. Remove the blanket, pad and PS plate, and apply a little lubricating oil on the surface of the blanket cylinder, the impression cylinder and the rolling pillow for maintenance to prevent rust. If the plate cylinder is not installed with a plate base film, it is also necessary to apply a little lubricating oil on the surface of the plate cylinder and on the pillow for anti-rust treatment. If a plate base film is installed and the installation time has exceeded 3 months, please Remove the film on the bottom of the gun, and clean the plate roller with alcohol. If it is less than 3 months, please wipe the film with a dry cloth (a little lubricating oil should also be applied to the roller pillow for anti-rust treatment).

5. Remove all the roller pillow brushes on each color group, soak them in the lubricating oil bucket, and install them when going to work after the festival.

6. Drain the water in the water tank and water bucket and clean the water bucket grooves of each color group. In addition, put the pH test probe into the protective solution to prevent it from drying up (it is strictly forbidden to put the pH test head in pure water).

7. Clean and brush the chain and tooth row of the delivery department and refuel for maintenance.

8. Clean the paper transfer roller and impression roller gripper and tooth pad, and refuel the lubricating part for maintenance.

9. Clean all the filters of the machine, replace those with a service life of more than one year, and add oil to the lubricating parts of the whole machine.

10. In order to ensure and prolong the life of the printing press, it is recommended to replace the main engine lubricating oil and filter, and pay attention to the type and origin of the lubricating oil, so as to avoid adding wrong or using fake oil.

11. If the machine is equipped with a cooling device with a water tandem roller, and the ambient temperature may be lower than 0 °C, please add antifreeze to the cooling water or simply drain the cooling water to prevent the water pipes and related equipment from freezing and cracking (the oil cooler does not need to be placed Oil).

12. Turn off the power supply of the main engine and the water switch of the water tank, let out the air and water in the air compressor, and also let out the air in the air control device in the main engine.

13. To clean the surface of the machine and the surrounding environment, it is best to cover the machine with paper.

14. Do a good job in preventing rodents. Put some stinky pills (mothballs) in the electric box, the bottom of the machine, etc.;

The printing workshop eats food and places food; two ultrasonic electric cats are installed next to each machine, which can be turned on 24 hours a day; customers who use WEKO powder sprayer please use the PS version to protect the powder spraying funnel in the powder sprayer to avoid damage by mice . (This is the crux of the point!)

15. In addition to the above, please complete other items in the daily routine daily, weekly and monthly maintenance table at the same time

Second, the first thing to do when going to work after the holiday:

1. If you find that the temperature in the workshop is low after going to work after the holiday, you should turn on the air conditioner around the machine 4 hours in advance to increase the temperature of the entire machine and the environment to achieve normal printing.

2. The oil level of the machine must be checked before power-on, check whether the oil level is between the center line and the upper line, and check whether the oil level is between the center line and the lower line after power-on.

3. If there is a cooling device for the inking roller and the cooling water was released before, the cooling water should be added at this time. For the cooling water that has been drained years ago, the cooling water should be added at this time. Add antifreeze to the water and cold water tank of the ink stringer. If it is added without power cycle, the antifreeze will not reach the inside of the ink stringer. Therefore, if it is just added, it is required to ensure that the power cycle is turned on for more than one hour.

4. Do not perform any operation within 10 minutes after the main engine power is turned on, and wait for the main engine lubricating oil to circulate to each lubricating point of the machine before starting the operation.

5. Turn on the air compressor, and after the air in the compressor reaches the set value (automatic stop), slowly open the air valve of the air compressor to supply air to the host.

6. Check whether there are foreign objects on the equipment and between the drums, and turn the wheel forward and reverse.

7. After cleaning the surface of the roller, install the blanket and PS plate, install the pillow brush, install and adjust the pressure of the ink roller. Place the PH meter probe of the water tank, and check the parameters of the set water, set and check the circulation of the water, and check and adjust the pressure of the metering roller and the water bucket roller.

8. Slow down the machine for 1 hour, check the movement of the ink roller, water roller, clutch pressure and other auxiliary devices, and check and listen to the sound of air release when each solenoid valve is operating to confirm whether it is working properly. Other preparatory work can be done while the machine is jogging.

9. Check that the machine is in a low speed state, and confirm whether the reading of the ammeter on the main electrical cabinet is the same as the reading when the machine is stopped before the festival.

10. Install a new gun back film (please replace the gun back film every four months).

11. After completing the above preparations for starting up, you can start printing.

  Reminder:

In view of the actual use of offset printing machines in China, in order to maintain the good condition of your company's equipment and ensure that the equipment can be put into use as soon as possible after the Spring Festival, I hereby solemnly propose the following suggestions to your company:

Cannon bottom film (version lining) must be replaced every 4 months! !

The main engine lubricating oil is replaced every 6 months! !

Please try to replace the air pump filter that has been used for more than one year to reduce power consumption! !
