If the depth control of engraving intaglio is not good in the engraving process, it will also affect the quality of printing, too deep in the printing process is easy to cause double; Too shallow will affect the service life of the plate.

Etching surface is a U-shaped groove, with the wear of the plate, the depth of the groove becomes shallower, but the area of the dot has not changed, and the amount of ink is reduced more slowly, the printing color does not change too much, so its service life is relatively long.

At present, domestic intaglio manufacturers are using electroengraving plate, corrosion intaglio is mainly produced by foreign manufacturers, and the price is relatively high.
