Electrochemical aluminum stamping

Electrochemical aluminum stamping is a special printing process that is different from ink printing. It uses a certain pressure and temperature to use the template installed on the iron stamping machine ,then to make the printed matter and the gold stamping foil press each other in a short period of time. The metal foil or color foil is transferred to the surface of the print according to the graphic text of the hot film plate, commonly known as hot stamping.

Features and Effects of Concave-convex Printing

• The concave and convex printing process requires the production of two plates, one for the concave plate and one for the convex plate, and two plates need to have good coordination accuracy.
