Durable Sticker Paper self-adhesive materials are widely used in the printing industry, the use method is also increasingly mature, the quality of self-adhesive materials is also improved, of course, not without some inferior counterfeit products, how to distinguish the good from the bad self-adhesive, self-adhesive material structure from the surface is composed of three parts, that is, surface material, Adhesive and backing paper, but from the perspective of manufacturing process and quality assurance, self-adhesive material is composed of seven parts:


1, surface material: surface material, is the front to accept printing text, the back to accept adhesive and finally applied to the material to be pasted. Generally speaking, any flexible deformable material can be used as the fabric of self-adhesive material. The type of surface material depends on the final application and printing process. The surface material should be able to adapt to printing and printing, have good inking property, and have enough strength to accept a variety of processing. The surface gloss and color consistency of the surface material and the uniformity of the density determine the uniformity of the ink absorption of the self-adhesive material, and also determine the color difference of the same batch of label printing.


2, surface coating: used to change the surface characteristics of the surface material. For example, improve the surface tension, change the color, increase the protective layer, so that it can better accept ink and easy to print, to prevent dirt, increase the ink adhesion force and prevent the purpose of printing text and text shedding. Surface coating is mainly used for non-absorbent materials, such as aluminum foil, aluminized paper and various film materials. The coating strength of the surface material determines whether a large amount of paper powder will be produced during printing and is also an important index to determine the printing quality.


3, coating bottom: the same as the surface coating, but is coated on the back of the surface, the main purpose of coating bottom is: (1) to protect the surface, prevent the penetration of adhesive. (2) Increase the lightlessness of the fabric; (3) Increase the adhesive force between the same surface material; (4) Prevent the plasticizer in the plastic surface material from penetrating into the adhesive, affecting the adhesive performance, resulting in the reduction of the adhesive force of the label and the label falling off.


4, release coating (coated with silicon layer) : that is, on the surface of the bottom paper coated with silicone oil layer, coated with silicone oil can make the bottom paper into a very low surface tension, very smooth surface, the role is to prevent the adhesive bond on the bottom paper.


5, adhesive: adhesive is the medium between the label material and the bonding substrate, which plays the role of connection. According to its characteristics can be divided into permanent and removable two kinds. It comes in a variety of formulations to suit different surfaces and different occasions. Adhesive is the most important component of self-adhesive material technology and the key of label application technology.


6, the bottom paper: the role of the bottom paper is to accept the release agent coating, protect the adhesive on the back of the surface material, support the surface material, so that it can be die-cutting, waste discharge and labeling in the labeling machine. Like the surface material, the thickness uniformity and strength indicator of the base paper is not only related to the printing performance, but also determines the uniformity of die cutting and the speed of waste discharge and the edge fracture of the paper.


7, back coating or back printing: Back coating is a protective coating on the back of the base paper to prevent waste discharge, rewinding the label around the adhesive bond to the end of the paper. The uniformity of adhesive and silicone oil coating and the correct amount of coating directly affect the stripping force (release force) between the label and the base paper, and the stripping force directly affects the die cutting waste discharge and the speed of the machine. The stripping force also determines the marking condition of the label, that is, the application. In addition, the size of the amount of glue will also affect the cementing condition of the end face of the material
