Otherwise, the paperboard is easy to absorb moisture, and its moisture can not be volatilized, which naturally reduces the bearing pressure of the carton. In addition, the best way to mount the small box blank is to rotate it for 4H before forming. Due to the urgent need of customers, forced air blowing can be used to promote the paperboard adhesion as soon as possible and remove excess moisture.
2、 Paper collocation some enterprises have such a misunderstanding: the larger the gram weight of the inner paper, the more it can increase the pressure and compressive strength of the carton. In fact, it is not. In order to enhance the pressure bearing and compressive strength of color box, it is necessary to enhance the pressure bearing capacity of the core paper. As long as there is no corrugation mark on the surface paper after mounting, low gram weight paper should be used as far as possible; The straw pulp or wood pulp with good stiffness and high ring crush strength should be used for core paper and tile paper. Do not use medium strength or ordinary strength tile paper, because it is a mixture of raw pulp and recycled pulp, with fast water absorption, low ring crush strength, good toughness but low stiffness. The results show that the water absorption of medium strength tile paper is about 15% - 30% higher than that of paper; The weight of lining paper can be increased appropriately. Practice has proved that reducing the gram weight of inner paper and increasing the gram weight of tile paper and core paper have more competitive advantages in terms of quality and price.
3、 The quality of single-sided paperboard the quality of single-sided corrugated paperboard is determined by the quality of base paper, corrugating type, working temperature of corrugating machine, quality of adhesive, running speed of machine and technical level of operator. When the base paper matching is reasonable and the quality can meet the production demand, it is necessary to check whether the corrugating roller peak of the single side machine is seriously worn. The normal corrugating type should be UV type. After a long time of use, the corrugating peak of the corrugating roller will become semicircular due to the sand content of the paper or the hardness of the corrugating roller itself. The compressive strength of the single-sided paperboard produced by the equipment will be greatly reduced. In addition, if the pressure roller pressure is too large, the temperature of the corrugating machine is too high, it is easy to make the single-sided cardboard corrugated broken. It is difficult to guarantee the compressive strength of the similar single-sided corrugated board due to the change of its physical properties. Under the normal condition of raw materials and equipment, the preheating area of the preheater should be appropriately increased depending on the moisture content of the paper sheet, the temperature of one side should be controlled at about 200 ℃, and the pressure of pressure order of magnitude should be adjusted to about 0.3-0.4kpa (as long as the corrugated paper is not broken, and the inner corrugated paper is well bonded). The speed control is lower than the design speed of the equipment, and the viscosity of the adhesive is adjusted to 30-35s. If it is found that there is a peculiar smell in the yellow water precipitated by the adhesive, it should be updated immediately. The operator should be skilled, have a high sense of responsibility and good professional ethics, and be able to flexibly adjust the pressure and speed of each roller according to the actual production situation, so as to ensure the quality of single-sided corrugated board.
4、 The quality of the glue is that the corn starch glue made by ourselves or purchased is mostly used in the production of cartons. High quality corn glue not only has good adhesion strength, but also can enhance the pressure bearing and stiffness of paperboard, and the box is not easy to deform. The quality of corn starch adhesive is closely related to the production process, environment, quality of raw and auxiliary materials, mixing time, etc. The quality requirements of corn starch, fineness 98-100 mesh, ash content not more than 0.1%; The water content is 14.0%; Acidity 20cc / 100g; The sulfur dioxide content was 0.004%; The odor is normal; The color is white or yellowish. If the quality of gelatinized starch does not meet this standard, the water ratio can be appropriately reduced according to the situation. With the increase of temperature, the water ratio should be reduced, borax and flake alkali should be increased, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide should be reduced. It is not suitable to put it for a long time, especially in summer. Adding 3% - 4% formaldehyde, 0.1% glycerin and 0.1% boric acid into the glue can increase the water resistance of the paper, speed up the bonding speed and enhance the hardness of the paperboard.
