Output models such as HP5000, generally 1.5 meters of the maximum width of the photo machine used by the medium is generally PP paper, lamp, ink using water-based ink. After the output image is finished, the output resolution can reach 300-1200dPI (different models will be different), and its color is relatively saturated and clear.

Below we briefly introduce some simple requirements for making and exporting images in airbrush and photo.

1. Size

The size of the inkjet image is the same as the actual required screen size, and it is different from printing, there is no need to set aside the "bleeding" part. Inkjet printing companies generally leave a "white edge" (generally 10CM) when the output screen. You can agree with the printing output company how many centimeters of edge to use for "buttonholes". The price is calculated per square meter, so the screen size is in centimeters.

Photo output images do not need to "bleed", according to the actual size of the drawing can be done.

2, image resolution requirements

The spray-painted images are often very large, and we must understand the truth of "not knowing the true face of the mountain, only living in the mountain". If the large screen also uses the resolution of printing, it will be tired of the computer. In fact, there is no dead standard for the resolution of inkjet images, the following is my personal resolution used when making different sizes of inkjet images, for reference only (image area is square meters):

Above 180 square meters (resolution dpi:11.25), 30-180 square meters (resolution dpi:22.5), 1-30 square meters (resolution dpi:45)

Because the current inkjet printer is mostly 11.25DPI, 22.5DPI and 45DPI as the output resolution, the reasonable use of image resolution can speed up the drawing speed.

Photo resolution under normal circumstances 72DPI can be done, if the image is too large (such as in PHOTOSHOP new image display actual size file size of more than 400M), you can appropriately reduce the resolution, the file control within 400M.

3, image mode requirements

CMKY mode is used in inkjet painting, and RGB mode is prohibited. Now the inkjet printer is four-color inkjet, in the drawing to follow the printing standard, inkjet company will adjust the screen color and sample close.

For photography, you can use either CMKY mode or RGB mode. Note that the value of big red in RGB is defined by CMKY, that is, M=100 Y=100.

4, the black part of the image requirements

There is no single black value in the inkjet and photo images, and C, M, and Y colors must be filled to form mixed black. If it is big black, it can be made :C=50 M=50 Y=50 K=100. Especially when using it in PHOTOSHOP, pay attention to changing the black part to four-color black, otherwise the black part will appear on the screen with a cross, affecting the overall effect.

5. Image storage requirements

Airbrushed and photo images are best saved in TIF format, note that compressed formats are not available.
