Stencil, also known as the non-pattern part of the phenomenon, refers to the phenomenon of missing the scraper ink to other aspects, is a special fault in intaglio printing.

 

The main causes of plate fouling:

 

1. Fast printing speed;

 

2, printing ink viscosity is hard;

 

3, the amount of diluent is small;

 

4. A large number of solvents other than No. 2 (standard) and No. 3 (slow drying) desiccant are used;

 

5, ink drying is slow;

Solutions to plate fouling:
