First, the printing plate is dirty

4. The coating of photosensitive adhesive is uneven, the thickness is inconsistent, the exposure can not be fully decomposed, the non-graphic part has residual photosensitive adhesive film, and the printing is dirty. Solution: The speed of coating photosensitive liquid should be uniform, and the thickness of the film should not be uniform and inconsistent.

 

5. The printing plate is underexposed or the development is not thorough, the sensitive film can not be fully decomposed, resulting in a large area of paste on the dirty plate. Solution: Increase the exposure time or development time to promote the photosensitive film at the exposure to fully decompose and completely remove.

Three, the text is too shallow

3. When printing plate, the vacuum degree is insufficient, and the film and the plate base are not in contact with each other under the scattering of light. Solution: To ensure that the vacuum of the air pump is above 0.08MPa, if the performance of the air pump is poor, it should be repaired in time.

 

4. The original dot density is not good, after exposure and development dot damage and become smaller so that the printing plate becomes shallow. One of the solutions is to eliminate the film with unqualified density, and the other is to reduce the exposure time and development time, and to deeply sun the version.

 

5. Improper printing pressure and padding: Increase the pressure or padding appropriately.

 

Four, the text is too deep

The reason why the text is too deep is often the opposite of the reason why the text is too shallow, and the solution is exactly the opposite.

 

1. Underexposure: Increase exposure time.

 

2. Insufficient development: ① development time is too short; ② Low developer concentration; ③ Low developer temperature; ④ developer fatigue. It can be solved by corresponding methods according to the specific situation.

 

3. Film fog is high, poor light transmission, resulting in deep printing plate. Treatment method: Increase the exposure without affecting the dot or use diffuser to make the plate relatively shallow.

 

4. Improper printing pressure and padding: appropriately reduce pressure or reduce padding.

 

Five, low printing resistance

Printing resistance is the main quality index of PS version, of course, is also the main quality index of recycled PS version. The printing resistance of domestic PS version is generally about 100,000 prints. The printing resistance of the recycled PS version is generally about 30,000 to 50,000 prints. Due to the different regeneration process methods, the printing resistance of the recycled PS plate varies greatly. The PS plate regenerated by electrolysis is equivalent to re-manufacturing the PS plate, and if it is picked well, it can be close to the new PS plate. In the actual production, the printing resistance of the PS plate is often unsatisfactory, and the factors affecting its printing resistance are:

5. When coating photosensitive adhesive, the temperature is too low, the film is too thin, which affects the printing resistance.

 

6. After printing or printing, the PS plate is irradiated by strong light, causing the photosensitive film to decompose and discolor, directly reducing the printability.

 

Seven. When printing, the pressure and liner are not suitable, the pressure of the water roller and the ink roller is too large, which increases the friction of the printing plate, makes the plate brighter and brighter, and will soon drop the plate.
