Secondly, the comprehensive printing suitability of the printing plate in the printing process must be considered, involving the compatibility of the printing plate to the rough surface material, the compatibility of different UV ink and ink, the durability of the printing plate and the stability shown by repeated use, will greatly affect the smooth progress of production. For example, in label printing, there has been a phenomenon in many printing factories. The printing plate shows poor ink transfer at the beginning of the printing press, but after 1000~2000m printing, the printing effect gradually becomes normal. Aside from other factors in the printing environment, as far as printing plates are concerned, this kind of phenomenon is often associated with poor washing and drying.

When the washing plate solvent imbalance problem, that is, when the proportion of each component of the washing plate solvent imbalance, washing plate solvent has a huge impact on the surface performance of the plate, resulting in the printing plate is not ink-friendly, ink transfer is poor, of course, if the washing plate equipment can not remove the residual solvent on the surface of the plate, while drying is not sufficient, the same will cause the problem. But if you can choose a type of solvent change is not sensitive, at the same time can quickly dry the plate, this kind of problem will be solved.
