Seven methods to avoid the shrinkage Of Magnetic Closure Boxes Of Window printing

In the process of gravure printing, the ink layer or varnish surface of the printing material appears like a fountain or crater like protruding spots, sometimes the whole pattern. In view of this problem, this paper analyzes its reasons and solutions in detail.

The fault phenomenon

The appearance of a fountain or crater-like protruding spot on the ink or varnish surface, sometimes throughout the pattern. The printing surface is rough and the gloss is reduced.

Cause analysis,

Ink surface drying too fast. Heat first acts strongly on the surface and forms a dry film, which is temporarily closed by the underlying solvent. When it continues to be heated, the solvent in it will escape to the outside world, and when the energy reaches the level of breaking through the surface film, it will erupt, thus forming a shrinkage hole.

The solution

1, in the printing ink appropriate add leveling agent;

2, the use of low surface tension solvent;

3, the substrate surface to do wetting treatment;

4. Control the temperature and humidity of the printing operation environment;

5. Select appropriate explanatory agent;

6. Reduce the surface tension between the printing ink and the printing carrier, so that the ink and the carrier have good wettability, so that it does not form a surface tension gradient between the material causing shrinkage;

7, adjust the solvent evaporation speed, reduce the viscosity, improve the fluidity of ink, extend the leveling time.
