3. The pattern color is inconsistent. 4. The rationality of printing plate design. When designing the printing plate, the influence of the printing plate design on the printing process and post-press processing should be fully considered. For example, the colors in the 80% and 5% of the dot jumping area are prone to level and level, and measures should be taken to change them in advance.

 

5. Printing environmental factors. If the room temperature in the printing workshop changes greatly, the flow state of the ink will change. The temperature and temperature of the general production workshop are controlled at the temperature (23±5) degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 60%±5%. In addition, when using ink in winter, it should be preheated in advance to increase the fluidity of the ink.
