The water and ink stick can ensure the normal transmission of water and ink within the required hardness and pressure range. The normal hardness of water sticks is 24~28℃, and the ink sticks can be used in the range of 28~34℃. The hardness of water and ink sticks will increase with the increase of use time. Hardness is checked. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the normal pressure adjustment of the water and ink sticks. The pressure of the ink sticks is determined according to the width of the pressure line during the adjustment. According to the characteristics of each printing machine, the standard adjustment is carried out according to the factory requirements of the printing equipment. The adjustment pressure of the normal ink stick is about 3~4 mm, and the pressure of the water stick is adjusted within the range of 6~8 mm. If the pressure is too high, the wear of the water and ink stick will be increased, and the transmission of water and ink will also be affected.
Improper printing adjustment is often a major cause of ink imbalance. During normal machine adjustment, the amount of water and ink should be adjusted in time according to the amount of ink on the printing plate. However, many operators often only adjust the amount of ink and ignore the adjustment of the amount of printing water, especially when printing from a large amount of ink to a small amount of ink. It is easier to ignore the amount of ink when printing, making it difficult to achieve the balance of water and ink. In addition, a good printing environment is the premise to ensure good prints. The normal printing environment requires the temperature to be controlled at 24~26℃ and the humidity to be controlled between 55%~65%, which will greatly help the transfer of ink and the control of water volume.
