When the soft bag factory is not paying attention to the bag making, there will be problems such as dimensional error and inaccurate upper and lower sheets. This article analyzes the causes and proposes solutions for reference.
One, size error
Dimensional error refers to the deviation of the longitudinal dimension of the bag.
cause:
1. The system error of the bag length fixed length of the bag-making mechanism is too large.
2, the electric eye tracking is inaccurate.
3. The influence of the processing speed of plastic composite film bag making.
4. Operating factors, such as improper tension control, insufficient pressure setting of the pressure cylinder of the film rubber roller, etc.
Solution:
1. Adjust the fixed length system.
2. Adjust the working status of the electric eye.
3. Check whether there is a cursor printing problem or spacing problem, and adjust it.
4. Check whether the compression degree of the compressed film ruler and the friction coefficient of the composite film are appropriate.
5. The preset film feeding length and the actual bag size should be as accurate as possible.
6. Reduce the bag-making speed, and adjust the bag-making speed slowly.
7. Adjust the pressure of the film rubber roller, the cylinder pressure and the pressure of each part.
2. The upper and lower films are not correct
The inaccuracy of the upper and lower pieces refers to the problem that the front and back sides are not aligned when making the bag.
cause:
1. The composite film is uneven in thickness and has lotus leaf edges.
2. The tension of the double floating rollers is too small.
3. Some rollers are not rotating smoothly.
Solution:
1. Adjust the tension of the double floating rollers.
2. Check and adjust the relevant guide rollers (such as compensation rollers, deflection rollers, etc.).
