Familiar with the principles of various sets
The register of gravure printing is realized by changing the relative position of the material and the plate roller. The printing register gradually developed from manual adjustment to automatic register; from changing the position of the material to changing the position of the plate roller. The accuracy of nesting continues to improve, and the quality of printed matter continues to improve.
Different types of sets have different principles. When registering longitudinally, the oscillating roller register is to keep the plate roller in a stable position. The position of the oscillating roller is changed by the adjustment motor, and the length of the material between the color sets is adjusted to move the position of the material to achieve registration. Shaftless printing machine registering means that the material is kept in a stable position, and the register is realized by adjusting the position of the plate roller through a servo motor. Transverse registration means that the material maintains a stable position and adjusts the position of the plate roller to achieve registration. The positioning device controls the edge position of the unwinding material. Because the printed material will be stretched and deformed under the action of pulling force, which directly affects the registration accuracy, so the stability of the material size is the basis of overprinting. Different materials require different pre-stretching tensions. The closed-loop tension control system maintains a stable tension to achieve a relatively stable material after pre-stretching.
Strengthen the inspection of printed materials
The quality of the printing material will have a certain impact on the precise positioning, and there are many factors that affect the material, such as the material side (lotus leaf), the stretch of the printing material, the identity of the plate roller, and the order of the plate roller Incremental control, control of the concentricity of the plate roller, and correct installation of the plate roller will all have a certain impact on the use of printed materials.
Therefore, the inspection of materials should be strengthened, especially for materials that are suspected of partial fleshy (fluffed edges), 5 meters of raw materials can be taken, and two people can tighten it to check whether there is a loose phenomenon on one side. If the material is severely loose, it must not be used. . At the same time, the plate roller must be strictly inspected before use, and the diameter of a set of plate rollers must be exactly the same. In order to overcome the influence of material stretching on the registration, the diameter of the plate roller increases sequentially, and the concentricity of the plate roller must be within the tolerance range. Inside. Before installing the plate roller, you must carefully clean the surface of the plug and the surface of the plate roller installation hole to prevent the plate roller from jumping due to the existence of garbage.
Check the equipment carefully before printing
Before starting printing, the equipment must be carefully inspected to ensure that the equipment is fault-free and the accuracy is guaranteed. It is necessary to make sure that the setting device is in the correct working condition, the illumination of the scanning head must be sufficient, and the mark mark can be correctly identified; the surface of the reflector is smooth and clean; the distance between the reflector and the scanning head is correct. Produce enough reflected light.
It is necessary to determine the appropriate air supply volume of the equipment so that the material does not jitter; the appropriate drying temperature must ensure that the ink is dried without deforming the film; regarding the relationship between the air volume and temperature, it is necessary to ensure that the drying and material jitter does not occur. Under the premise, priority is given to increasing the air volume. The control of tension is also very important. It is necessary to ensure that the material is stretched without serious stretching; the perimeter setting of the plate roll must be carefully checked for the diameter and circumference of the plate roll, and then input into the system to ensure identity. The pressure of the pressing roller must be appropriate, so that the film will not be deformed, and at the same time, the film must not slide to meet the requirements of the set position.
