The lines appearing on the Cigar Box, commonly known as "emerging ink", are filamentous at the beginning, gradually become ribbons, and then slowly shrink into microfilaments, disappearing from the layout. It moves left and right, and the length is generally within 2m, which are intermittent, and appear only after a few meters or hundreds of meters. In general, for layouts with obvious vertical color blocks, such lines are prone to appear in the blank area within 1-50px of the pattern.

The specific reason: Since the wear part of the scraper is mainly concentrated in the dot part, the worn scraper part swings to the blank part under the continuous movement of the scraper, which forms a weak link for scraping ink in the blank part, and the scraper cannot be tightly connected here. Fitting with the layout creates conditions for the passage of the ink body, thereby forming thin lines. However, when the ink fluid passes through, there is a lifting hydraulic pressure on the scraper, which forms a strip line at this time, and when the scraper rebounds, a thin line is formed.

Solution: It can be seen from the above that the main reason is that the scraper does not clean the ink. The main reason for this phenomenon is the uneven wear of the scraper, so it is mainly dealt with from three aspects:

1. When the viscosity and solubility of the ink are adjusted correctly, wipe the layout of the thick line with fine sand (800#), so that the scraper can easily scrape the ink, which can reduce the frequency of occurrence.

2. For the new version or the stripped version, consider whether there are burrs on the edges of the screen dots on the layout, which will lead to excessive and fast wear of the scraper. Use a magnifying glass to check the printing plate.

3. Tool change and plate change are the most direct solutions.
