1.SYSTEM ERROR #1

[Fault description] : Film running problem

[Formation reasons] : 1. The connection of the film motor is loose and blocked; 2. Loose belt; 3. The motor is broken; 4. The main control board is faulty.

 

[Solution] : 1. Start the machine and observe whether the moving motor rotates; 2. If the motor does not turn, check whether the motor line voltage is normal (+24V); 3, if the motor rotation is normal, then tighten the belt, report 1 # error 80% is the reason of loose belt, or change a new set of belt.

 

2.SYSTEM ERROR #2

[Fault Description] : No laser SOL (line synchronization) signal is detected

[Formation reasons] : 1. The laser head is bad, no laser signal; 2. Scanning motor does not turn; 3. The SOL sensor is improperly positioned. 4. Laser light intensity.

 

[Solution] : 1. Check the cable on the laser control board, and use a multimeter to measure one by one; 2. Check whether there is a laser on the boot, you can put a piece of white paper in the position of the laser sensor, and there is a small red light flash on the boot for about 6-8 seconds; 3. Check whether the scanning motor rotates; 4. Check whether the SOL sensor is loose and clean the mirror. 5. Eliminate the above reasons. When "SYSTEM ERROR #2/PRESS PREV TO RESTAR" is displayed on the panel, rotate R33 on the laser control panel counterclockwise for about 45°, press the PREV key to restart until the system is powered on normally; 6. Replace the main control board.

 

3.SYSTEM ERROR #3

[Fault Description] : There is NO ACTIVE VIDEO

[Cause] : 1. Jumper J1 on AD27354 is not installed; 2. The main control board is faulty

[Solution] : 1. Check whether jumper J1 is installed; 2. Replace the main control board.

 

4.SYSTEM ERROR #4

[Fault description] : The cutter does not work

[Formation reasons] : 1. Card; 2. Knife does not work; 3. The fixed cutter pulley is loose; 4. The Sensor is faulty

[Solution] : 1. Check whether the card, the general # 4 error is caused; 2. Check the cutter motor, Sensor connection; 3. Check whether the knife is loose

 

5.SYSTEM ERROR #5

[Fault description] : Lazy Loop Failed

[Formation reasons] : 1. Falling ring encoder failure; 2. The main control board is faulty.

[Solution] : 1. Check the falling ring connection and power supply; 2. Replace the falling ring encoder; 3. Replace the main control board.

 

6.SYSTEM ERROR #7

[Fault Description] : An error is reported for the head/tail punching device

[Cause] : 1. The connection is loose; 2. The head/tail holes are broken; 3. The main control board is faulty. 4. The reset sensor is faulty or improperly adjusted.

 

[Solution] : 1. Check the connection and power supply; 2. The hole punch needs lubrication; 3. Replace the punching device; 4. Replace the main control board.

 

7.SYSTEM ERROR #8

Description: PINCH does not reset

[Cause] : 1. The connection is loose; 2.PINCH MORTOR is bad; 3. The PINCH sensor and disk are improperly positioned

[Solution] : 1. Check the connection; 2. Check whether there is 15V voltage on PINCH MORTOR; 3. Adjust the position of the Sensor and disk.

 

8.SYSTEM ERROR #9

[Fault description] : SPINNER CONFIDEUCE TEST FAILURE The scan test fails

[Formation reasons] : 1. Loose connection; 2. Insufficient voltage (scanning motor voltage should be +24V); 3. Motor control board is bad; 4. Scanning motor is broken.

[Solution] : 1. Check the main control board, scan motor control board, scan motor connection; 2. Check whether the 24V voltage is normal; 3. Check the fixing screws of the scanning control board and check whether the control board has short circuit; 4. Replace the motor control board; 5. Replace the scanning motor.
