1, caused by oxidation

The general solution is to add some transparent yellow or transparent golden color to the gold ink to improve it when printing gold ink, and the reflectance of the gold layer can reach about 95%. Generally transparent yellow: transparent golden: the mixing ratio of gold powder is 2.5:0.5:1 or 3:1:1, and the effect is good.
2, the ink is too light, caused by too much solvent
If the ink is too light, the leveling properties of gold and silver will deteriorate, the viscosity will decrease, the adhesion will be damaged, and the gloss will be dull. The solution is to appropriately increase the concentration of the gold and silver ink, reduce the amount of solvent, and improve the leveling of the ink. When increasing the ink concentration, the ink should be stirred evenly along the direction of the ink pouring.
3, caused by too shallow printing plate cells
Because the cells are too shallow, the amount of ink on the gold and silver ink will be reduced, resulting in unsatisfactory gloss of the ink layer. The solution is to contact the plate-making factory to increase the depth of the cell appropriately and make a sample comparison. At that time, the cells should not be too deep, too deep will cause gray and white.
4. Static electricity accumulation
The static electricity on the plastic film will cause the gloss to decrease. The solution is to conduct antistatic treatment on the film.
5. Squeegee pressure
The pressure of the squeegee is too high and the angle is too high, and the golden light of the printed product is not ideal. Just reduce the pressure or the angle. Under normal conditions, the angle of the squeegee is 35°.
