For example, there is a magazine's manuscript, due to some problems in the production process, after being opened in an output center, it is found that the file is missing in the RIP, but the output personnel can not check the problem. Finally, the magazine thinks that this is because the output center uses pirated words. Later, they took the manuscript to the output center of the new generation, and the result was the same problem. Fortunately, this side of the technical level is relatively high, after careful inspection found that there are several "hidden Spaces" in the file was not deleted. After deleting the space, this problem does not occur in the next film. This very simple problem for the production of the output center, but also let the magazine and the people running around, but also delayed the time, almost missed the release date.

 

The output center is very helpless, but we feel that if there is a problem with the document, the biggest loss is still the design and production here. General note

1. Please do not use system fonts such as Beijing, Song, FangSong, Hei, Kai, etc. If used, it will not be able to output or output garbled characters.

 

2, do not make RGB pictures, such as the use of output is not correct (may be gray or other non-customer color).

 

3, if the customer uses more English fonts, especially for some uncommon characters, please copy it into the disk when the film is out to facilitate the output.

 

Quark

1, the white of the software itself has a problem, it is easy to turn black when output, and a white should be reset when using.

 

2, completely outside the page of the object can not be output, you can put graphics, lines or file blocks in the page a little.

 

3. Quark automatically sets "missing white", and non-pure black characters on the color or image background will also miss white, so that if it is a relatively small font, there will be more obvious boldness.

 

Illustrator

1, Illustrator software itself produced graphics, should be the "properties" dialog box precision adjusted to 2400 points, otherwise the map is prone to polygon appearance (that is, not delicate enough, there are edges).

 

2. If you use gradients in Illustrator, select the following options:
Chinese version: "Document" -- "Document Settings" -- "Compatible with gradient and gradient network printing"
English version: "file" -- "Document" -- "Compatible Gradient and Gradient Mesh Printing"

 

3, Illustrator output as EPS file, black text, graphics to select black imprint one by one.

 

4, Illustrator has the function of converting RGB to CMYK, but the color effect is very poor, can not be used.

 

5, Illustrator9 has the option of Transparency, output or generate EPS should be 'print/expect' set to the highest.

 

CorelDraw

1. If the graph placed in CorelDraw is rotated, it may output a broken graph or image defect.

2, select the "overprint fill" object will imprint.

3. When there is a Chinese full corner space in the text (twice as large as the general space), the output error needs to be replaced with a half corner space.

4, sometimes when the Chinese text is selected in English font, the display is not, and the output is wrong.

5, art text can generally turn curve, little change. Text words cannot be directly curved. When the text font is converted into art text, some features of the text such as parallel lines are lost, so that the text style changes greatly.

6, CorelDraw8.0 directly produced shadow, can not be correctly output, please use 9.0 production.
