Combined plate printing is the use of paper format suitable for machine printing, the combination of multiple varieties of printing parts into a large plate, so that the number of plate making can be reduced, but also can print multiple varieties of products at a time. Offset printing label because of the printing variety, the use of plate printing can reflect the greater cost advantage.

1, conventional plate printing process

For example, 52 kinds of four-color label products with 128 open sizes should be printed on a positive folic paper. The paper varieties are the same, among which 40 kinds of finished products are printed with 100,000 sheets each, and the other 12 kinds of finished products are printed with 200,000 sheets each. In combination printing, these 40 kinds of products can be combined into a folio plate, while the other 12 kinds of products can be combined into two of each on the same folio plate. The Mosaic sample is shown in Figure 2. Each number in the figure represents a variety. Machine printing 100,000 pieces, so that the combined edition of 52 varieties can reach the number of finished products ordered. When assembling plates in this multi-variety combined plate printing process, attention should be paid to the purple area as shown in Figure 2. The same varieties should be grouped together for convenience of classification and packaging after cutting.
