The graphics on the surface are more vivid.

Avoidance of quality defects:

(1) Select the appropriate pressure to ensure that the gravure stamp is pressed evenly when it is pressed, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of quality defects with unclear outlines of images and texts.

(2) The use of a convex stamp with a contour that is one line smaller than that of a concave stamp and a smooth contour edge can effectively avoid the occurrence of inaccurate quality defects in contour overprinting.

(3) When using gypsum embossing molds, choose high-quality gypsum powder and glue, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of quality defects such as surface spots of graphics and texts, and fragile gypsum embossing molds.
