How to arrange the color sequence of intaglio printing in Creative Lattice Folding Boxes

In intaglio printing, the printing part is lower than the blank part, and the degree of depression varies with the level of the image. The darker the image level is, the deeper the depth is, and the blank part is on the same plane. In printing, after the whole page is coated with ink, the ink on the plane (that is, the blank part) is scratched with ink machine, so that the ink is only retained on the printing part of the low-concave page. Then on the page is placed on the ink absorption strength of the substrate, with greater pressure, so that the printing part of the ink on the page is transferred to the substrate, to obtain printed matter.

In gravure printing, the equipment used is single sheet gravure printing machine and multi-color web gravure printing press. The inks used are solvent-based inks with low viscosity, mainly volatile drying. The substrate used in printing is mainly paper and plastic film. After each unit, there is an intercolor drying device for ink. Therefore, whether it is a single concave machine or a multi-color printing machine, the overprinting of ink is dry overprinting. Intaglio printing products are divided into two printing methods: surface printing and inside printing. For those opaque substrate materials, such as paper, it can be considered as surface printing, and for the printing of plastic film, there are both surface printing and inside printing. Because of the different process of intaglio printing products, the color sequence of printing is different. When considering the color sequence arrangement of intaglio printing, attention should be paid to the following aspects:

(1) In intaglio printing, because the material belt is always under the action of tension, there is a certain tensile deformation in the printing of material belt, especially in the printing of plastic film. In order to solve the problem of alignment, the diameter of the plate roll of various color plates will be increased appropriately in the production of intaglio roller. On the other hand, there may be some errors when making the version. Therefore, when considering the color sequence arrangement of intaglio printing, it is necessary to arrange the plate roll with the smallest diameter in the first color printing, and the plate roll with the largest diameter in the last printing, and arrange the two in an increasing order.

(2) For surface printing products in intaglio printing, light color is printed first and dark color is printed later according to the order of ink color. General three color ink color plate arrangement is: white - yellow - magenta - green - black.

(3) For intaglio printing products, according to the order of ink color, printing dark color first, then printing light color. General three color ink color plate arrangement is: black - green - magenta - yellow - white.

(4) In intaglio printing, whether it is intaglio printing or table printing, when there is spot color printing, the general color sequence is arranged in the same position similar to the three primary colors of ink, and when printing gold and silver spot color, it is generally arranged after the first color, because the gold and silver spot color ink is printed in B inches on the substrate. The mark line printed with other colors of ink is slightly lighter, not easy to be tracked by the photoelectric sensor scanning, thus affecting the printing accuracy of the overprint, so do not put on the first color.
