1.BOPP
For the most common flexible packaging printing substrate, attention should be paid to the surface tension, thermal shrinkage and surface smoothness, no subtle pits, otherwise affect the shallow network part, printing tension and imprint force is moderate, drying temperature below 80℃.
2.BOPET
Because PET is usually thin, 12μm, easy to wrinkle, printing needs greater tension, a certain degree of selectivity of ink, it is better to use special ink, with general printing ink is easy to peel off, film electrostatic, easy to block, hair and scraping marks (knife) phenomenon. In addition, high humidity in the printing workshop has certain advantages, which can withstand higher drying temperatures.
3.BOPA
The biggest characteristic of BOPA film is easy to hygroscopic deformation, and this key point should be grasped when printing.
(1). The size of BOPA changes after hygroscopic absorption, so it should be unpacked and used, and the remaining film should be used to seal the moisture proof package immediately.
(2). In production, one to two color preheating and dehumidification can be worn without air, and the temperature is 60 ~ 90℃.
(3). When the ambient relative temperature is greater than 85%, it is better not to print nylon film.
(4). Printed BOPA should be immediately transferred to the next process of recombination, such as the country can not be immediately recombination to seal packaging, storage time is generally not more than 24 hours, it is best to store the compound thermal chamber.
(5). Printing tension, printing pressure is appropriate.
4 K coating coated
Key points of K-coated film printing: Because K roller coating or coating layer membrane type, its thickness uniformity is not very good, the surface is not smooth, and PVDC just and more brittle than when printing printing tension and pressure can't be too big, difficult to overprint, ink metastatic is poorer, when light screen printing up easily take network loss (part), with the higher hardness of roller printing. 5. Extinction membrane

7. CPP, CPE
