Five features of Plain Composition Notebook
The five characteristics of the offset printing roller: hardness and uniformity, pressure and balance, pressure resistance, swelling deformation, grinding precision.
1, Plain Composition Notebook imprint roller hardness and uniformity
The lithography drum has a suitable elasticity, in order to smoothly transfer the ink out of the plate. Only the roller hardness is uniform, in order to ensure the consistency of the color of the assembly. Otherwise, it is easy to print white spots, shallow network parts can not be printed, the color of the collage is not consistent and other printing faults.
2, Plain Composition Notebook pressure and balance
Lithography drum pressure is insufficient, easy to appear printing white spot phenomenon. Too much pressure, it is easy to produce wrinkles or printed on the twill. Imbalanced pressure on both sides of the lithography drum is easy to cause the transverse alignment of the Mosaic unit color inconsistency, overprinting instability, film wrinkling and so on.
3, Plain Composition Notebook imprint roller pressure resistance
Usually, the printing pressure of film printing is about 150~350kg/m. If the bleaching white spots occur, it is necessary to increase the printing pressure. However, the structure of the lithography drum used for plastic film printing is light pressure type, and it lacks pressure resistance due to the convenience of operation. Therefore, if the printing pressure above 500kg/m is added, the lithography drum may bend. At this time, the two ends of the imprint drum under pressure, and the central part is prone to decolorization, of course, it will cause color misalignment. This so-called poor overprinting is more obvious in wide-format printing.
In practice, attention should be paid to the pressure resistance of the old drum after repeated re-hanging. Because in each scraping, the iron core steel pipe should be processed mechanically, so that after several scraping, it is possible that the wall thickness of the iron core steel pipe becomes thinner and the pressure resistance of the imprint drum becomes worse.
4, Plain Composition Notebook printing roller swelling deformation
After a long time of use, due to the influence of ink and solvent, the two ends of the drum will swell, then it is necessary to grind the drum, otherwise the width of the pattern of the unit will be reduced compared with the pattern of other units, resulting in the same arched state as under overpressure. In order to reduce the impact of ink and solvent on the drum, we should pay attention to two points: first, the printing substrate and embossing drum in the specification to support; Second, the lithography drum with ink and other impurities to wipe clean in time.
5, Plain Composition Notebook for grinding precision
The synthetic rubber on the surface of the imprint drum due to the action of solvent and swelling deformation, scratch, it is necessary to grind. When grinding, attention must be paid to preventing the taper of the imprint drum and keeping the same circumference when printing. If there is a taper, the film is easy to wrinkle, and the lateral overprint is easy to be unstable. If the circumference is not consistent, the longitudinal overprinting is prone to instability. In addition, if the dynamic and static balance of the imprint drum is too poor, it will also adversely affect the uniformity of the printing.
