The following issues should be noted when checking the pre-press output:

1. There is no bleeding where bleeding is needed, and monochrome corner lines.

2, the various effects in the CorelDraw file please separate or transpose the map before output, otherwise the result...... It's really unpredictable. In addition, the single black (k100) shadow please turn to four colors (C100M100Y100K100), otherwise the single black shadow will hollow out the other color plates, and the printing will be ugly.

3, PageMaker file link graph has RGB mode and EPS file with JPEG compression. Both output will be a black and white picture. The only solution is to convert RGB mode to CMYK in Photoshop and convert JPEG compressed EPS files to normal ASCII or binary EPS.

4, CorelDraw, into the PSD format file, please merge its layer first. If the PSD format picture is rotated, or the TIF map has redundant channels, the image is prone to damage when output, the picture should be re-converted into a bitmap in CorelDraw.

5, the application of "pattern filling" in CorelDraw (Coreldraw 10/11/12 is called "pattern filling"), after rotation or deformation, the pattern cutting position will change, please pay attention to when assembling (the solution is to turn the graph).

6, CorelDraw text typesetting, if the text is copied from WORD or notepad, it is necessary to remove double byte Spaces (using WORD's search/replacement), otherwise it is easy to appear "rotten words" and the situation of running.

7, CorelDraw9/10 paragraph text turn curve technique: draw a rectangle on the paragraph text that needs to turn curve, press Alt+F3 to bring out the filter docking window, select the "transparency" filter, set the "ratio" to 100, click "freeze" (this is the most critical step), "remove face", and then click "Apply", the paragraph text is turned into a curve.

8. In PageMaker, the RGB link graph should be converted to CMYK, otherwise the output will be grayscale.

9. If composite fonts are used in PageMaker, please indicate the corresponding Chinese and English fonts when you deliver them to the output center.

10, the line width should not be less than 0.076mm (sometimes because it is convenient to hook the map in CORELDRAW, the default line is changed to 0, and the output forgot to change back...) . Less than 0.04mm basically can not be printed.

11, black (K100) default to overprint (except dot map), if you need to overprint, please specify.

12, Word file text is easy to run, please provide a sample when sending.

13, some fonts will become "hollow characters" after the curve, such as italic_GB2312, imitation song _GB2312, Handing special black Jane, Handing beauty black Jane, etc., please use carefully. In addition, some English words will also be empty after the intersection of the curve, but also pay attention to.
