After repeated practice and active exploration, we have successfully solved the problem of unstable quality of printed products when using low-grade printing paper through the following methods in the process of operation. That is, in view of the uneven quality of paper, paper selection is carried out in accordance with three grades of A, B, C(A: printing paper, B: proof paper, C: other paper), and the selected A-grade product is used as the machine printing paper, and then processed from the following three aspects.

 

l, for non-plastic deformation, increase the drying time appropriately, and make the temperature and humidity of the drying paper workshop consistent with the temperature and humidity of the printing workshop, the paper is stored in the printing workshop for 3 to 5 days before the machine, so that the water content of the paper is balanced, and prevent the phenomenon of double image caused by the flanging of the paper. In this way, the physical properties of the paper can be kept stable to the maximum extent and meet the requirements of on-machine printing.

 

2, for plastic deformation, in the state of close to the ideal pressure, only water no ink, so that the paper on the machine in the offset press press state empty run twice, with the pressure between the rubber drum and the embossing cylinder to achieve the maximum deformation of the paper, so that in the actual printing operation, the first color printing image size and theoretical size difference and the same direction of the sleeve difference tend to zero, Enhance the stability of the overprint accuracy of the printed product.

 

3, for paper feed deformation, in the paper feed part of the offset press and the paper receiving part of the installation of a non-static device, used to eliminate the static electricity of the paper and absorb the debris in the paper, to prevent the paper powder and paper wool attached to the plate and rubber cloth, eliminate the resulting sticky dirty and other difficult to solve problems, eliminate the paper due to static electricity and adhesion produced by double sheet, distorted sheet and other paper feed failure phenomenon.
