National standards will be set For Food Boxes For Sandwich
The National paper Standards Committee said, in order to standardize the production of food contact products, protect consumer safety, the future food packaging for coated paper, pulp molding tableware will establish a national standard.
Dappled paper for food packaging refers to the dappled paper and board which are coated with PE, PP, PET or film containing these three materials on one or two sides and processed and formed on paper as the base material for wrapping (holding) food. The common coated paper for food packaging on the market includes: low-quantitative coated paper for wrapping burgers and pastries, kraft paper based coated paper for holding dried fruits such as melon seeds, and high-quantitative coated paper and cardboard for processing paper cups, bowls and lunch boxes.
There are many kinds and large quantities of coated paper for food packaging, which belongs to the material in direct contact with food. At present, there are no standards for this kind of products in our country. The newly formulated national standard will specify the safety performance (health index, raw material), physical performance (quantitative deviation, banner thickness difference, film quantitative deviation, adhesion degree, fat resistance, leakage, Dyne degree, delivery moisture) and other indicators of coated paper for food packaging.
Paper pulp molding tableware refers to the paper pulp through molding, molding, drying and other processes made of paper tableware, such as molding paper cup, molding paper bowl, molding paper lunch box, molding paper plate, molding paper plate, etc. This kind of product uses raw fiber pulp as raw material, the strength is better than other similar products, and the recycling value is high, degradable, is regarded as green, environmental protection products, but there is no national standard for molded paper tableware. In order to improve the standard system of table paper products, the national paper standards Committee will develop "paper pulp molding tableware" national standard. The standard will specify the safety performance (health index, raw material), physical performance (size deviation, capacity deviation, water leakage, temperature resistance, cup stiffness, load performance, compression performance, folding test of the lid, drop test, moisture) and other indicators of the pulp molded tableware.
